Refund and Return
It is important to us that you are happy with your furniture purchase. If you are not totally satisfied you can return it with in 14 day period. We offer 14 day money back guarantee starts when customer receives and signs for the product. Please note all costs, packaging and handling costs are non-refundable and customer must return the products to our address. You have the right to return a faulty item bought from us within a reasonable period of time. If the item was damaged in transit or the wrong item was delivered, you should notify us within 2 days of receipt of the item.
We recommend keeping all packaging and enclosures that accompanies the item for as long as possible after delivery, as this may be required should you need to report a problem. Item should be returned in NEW, unused and unassembled condition. When returning an item to us it is your responsibility to ensure that the item is packaged properly and carefully so that no damage is caused to the item.
You will receive a full refund, minus any delivery or special packaging costs which you will be responsible for paying. Unwanted items need to be returned in their original packaging with all original enclosures and 'as NEW' state, or else a refund will not be possible.
