Amazing customer service. Very friendly and informative. Got the delivery to me the exact day I needed it. They use a great shipping firm too that let you track the item with a little gps map on the day The chair itself was an eames lounge chair. It's stunning and beautiful quality. Bought it as a bday present for my husband. Really comfy
